Do I need to book in advance?
For most services, yes — at least a day ahead. For bridal services, 3–4 weeks in advance. For Keratin, Botox, or Nano Plastia, 48 hours notice is appreciated so we prepare the right formulations.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, for threading, hair wash, and quick styling services. For all treatments, an appointment ensures your stylist is fully prepared and your time is not wasted waiting.
How long do Keratin or Nano Plastia take?
Most chemical treatments take 2.5 to 4 hours depending on your hair length and density. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.
Can I colour my hair after a Keratin treatment?
We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after Keratin before colouring. We’ll advise you on the safest sequence based on your specific hair history — just ask when you book.
Do you offer ammonia-free colour?
Yes. Root Touch Up is available in both ammonia and ammonia-free formulations. For clients with sensitive scalps or colour-treated hair, we typically recommend ammonia-free.
What's the difference between Keratin and Nano Plastia?
Keratin reduces frizz and adds shine but doesn’t alter your curl pattern significantly. Nano Plastia is more advanced — formaldehyde-free, longer-lasting, and suitable for all hair types including previously chemically treated hair.
Is the bridal makeup trial included?
Trial sessions are separate for most tiers. We strongly recommend a trial — especially for HD and Airbrush packages — so your artist can understand your skin tone, preferences, and occasion in detail before the day.
Do you offer group bookings for bridal parties?
Yes. Contact us directly via WhatsApp or call to discuss group requirements, timing, and pricing for bridesmaid or family bridal party bookings. We’ll plan it properly.
